WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

external candidates

  • Fresh graduates (Bachelor/Master Degree from all backgrounds) or graduates with maximum 1 year experience
  • Vietnamese nationality
  • GPA (Grade Point Average):
    above 7.0 out of 10 or equivalent

  • Employee at L4/ L5 with maximum 1 year experience at Suntory PepsiCo
  • PDR rating of the latest year: at least 4/3 or 3/4 (if employee does not have enough work experience to have PDR rating, he/she must get the nomination and recommendation from Line manager and Field HR on performance, potential, etc. as required of the program. These recommendations are stated in "Nomination letter" for reference)

Develop distribution network (distribution model, number of distributors,..) & sales system to ensure the highest level of customer service & cost-efficiency

Ensure seamless operation of equipment and machines by leading preventive & corrective maintenance activities

Key activities

- Build the maintenance schedule/ Spare parts needs based on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets for whole plan

- Keep track, control and balance maintenance costs/ spare parts based on AOP

- Build maintenance plan for maintenance equipment to improve productivity, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and to ensure volume meet plant KPIs

Ensure achievement of production targets as per AOP Target and SPVB quality, hygiene and food safety standards.

Ensure every product under company’s name to meet our quality standards and make sure that they are safe to sell through examining all factors throughout production.

Lead the development of our system infrastructure, through the creation and implementation of Best Practice Tools focusing on equipment selection/procurement, while providing functional “counseling” as Subject Matter Expert.

Role & Responsibilities

Ensure product production meets Sales demand by forecasting Sales, scheduling production and planning warehouse inventories & transportation.

Key activities

- Forecast and planning: Coordinate with other functions to manage the Demand Forecast Fluctuation and deliver periodically production plan; manage the order of raw materials to match with production plan

- Distribution: Ensure timely and sufficient supply of raw materials for production & finished goods for Sales

- Warehouse management: Manage warehouse activities & stock as per company regulations; set up new process to ensure best service.

In charge of buying all ingredients, materials, items and service at SPVB by strategically sourcing supplier, negotiating with win-win mindset to bring the best quality product with optimized price.

- Category Management: Directly manage negotiations with suppliers to meet business needs and/or goals

Role & Responsibilities

- Generate monthly reports on digital marketing campaign’s performance & analyze key metrics for all social media channels
