- The interview will be conducted in both Vietnamese and English
- The aim of this interview is for us to understand more about you, your motivations and your career orientation, so be yourself in every question
- Share with us full context of your own experiences/achievements in your academic life, extra curriculum activities and professions (if any).
- The Career Camp includes three core activities: Games, Business Case and Panel Interview. This mix gives you a great opportunity to demonstrate your skills and experiences
- The activities will be conducted in both Vietnamese and English
- We will be looking for lots of different competencies - teamwork, problem solving, leadership, decision making, innovation, etc.
- Expected on-boarding time will be May 2021
- On-boarding process and induction schedule will be briefed to successful candidates in more details

There are many flat roads but my MT journey definitely is not that one. However, the reward will be worthy to grind for it. As an MT, I rotated to key stakeholder function such as Sales, Procurement, Finance Planning and armed with useful knowledge. That progress provided me a general view and understanding from commercial to operational side, the cooperation among functions. From the very beginning of the Program, I prepare myself to confront with any challenge to learn, adapt and grow. As the need of business, my rotation plan was changed. The new position comes with both challenges and opportunities, I transform myself totally from a typical analytical person to driving mode. Instead of having daily operational tasks, I am leading continuous improvement projects which require a lot of strategic thinking, leadership competencies. Fortunately, both of my Executive Vice President and Sr. Director are truly inspiring and empower regardless of my junior. They are open to listen to my ideas and give me helpful advises. Back to now, I am contented with my first half journey of the program. As a friend, I hope my sharing is useful and clear up your concerns.

The most memorable days from Suntory PepsiCo Management Trainee Program was traveling across the country for rotations stint, as Suntory PepsiCo has Sales offices & Plants in almost all key cities of Vietnam. That brought invaluable experience of cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of how Suntory PepsiCo business operates in different regions of the country, which is a strong stepping stone for post-graduation assignment & future managerial role. It was hard balancing all rotation tasks & home-function nationwide projects, but at the end all efforts are worth it. I still recall sleepless nights completing challenging projects with my talented batch-mates, but also amazing work trips with them to beautiful parts of Vietnam along the journey. What a time & program to treasure!

There are so many wonderful things to talk about Suntory PepsiCo Management Trainee Program. I can summarize it in 3 words: Different, Worthy, and Amazing.
As far I can say, It changed my life. From a fresh student as a totally white paper, thanks to Suntory PepsiCo Management Trainee Program, I grew and developed myself significantly. I had opportunity to rotate many functions and learnt about overall business operations, roles of each department and applied it for my job. I was treated as a talent and had priority to join many training courses of Suntory PepsiCo. The program provided me knowledge about FMCG, Beverages industry, customer insights, sales channels, etc. and soft skills. It also gave me the chance to show off myself and got deserved rewards and recognitions. At there, I work with the best colleagues, the best team and have many joyfulness, happiness and success. I have grown fully and lived truly in Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam.

Being a Management Trainee of Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam, I have been developing to fulfill my capability to become a good leader. During 10 years journey with the Company, I have got so many opportunities to fully grow my career through international exposure – to work in Suntory Beverage and Food Asia, taking lead in different departments from QA/QC Manager to Production Manager and now Operational Excellence and Capability Development Director , moving to many locations from Hoc Mon Plant to Singapore & then back to Dong Nai Plant. I have really enjoyed the working environment at Suntory PepsiCo where I can have a work-life integration. I believe that my future in Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam is going continued & never stopped.

PLANNING MANAGER – PRODUCTIVITY
I joined Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage as a Management Trainee since 2015 and this has been one of my greatest journeys – with full of growing opportunities and unforgettable milestones. Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam became my 2nd family where I constantly learn from the most respectable leaders, who always “walk the talk” and empower their young talents to pursue “Yatte Minahare – Go for it” spirit. For sure, working in a dynamic FMCG environment brings a lot of challenges, but at the same time it also equips us and sharpens all kinds of critical experiences and valuable skillsets. My favorite leadership lesson is to be Patient and Perseverant: It does not matter where you start, it how far you can go that counts.
